清華大學(xué)電力電子廠（簡(jiǎn)稱“THUpE”或“清華卅普”），暨清華大學(xué)核能與新能源技術(shù)研究院功率電子技術(shù)研究室，是一家以電力電子技術(shù)為核心，專注于功率半導(dǎo)體器件和感應(yīng)加熱電源的科技型企業(yè)。作為業(yè)界公認(rèn)的國(guó)產(chǎn)KA高頻晶閘管、表面熱處理（熱加工）感應(yīng)加熱電源及成套設(shè)備的制造商和提供商，清華卅普是2008年北京市科委重新認(rèn)定的首批高新技術(shù)企業(yè)之一，也是清華大學(xué)全資企業(yè)。

The Power Electronics Plant of Tsinghua University (referred to as "THUpE" or "Tsinghua Sapu"), and the Power Electronics Technology Research Office of the Institute of Nuclear and New Energy Technology, is a scientific and technological enterprise focusing on power electronics technology, specializing in power semiconductor devices and induction heating power supplies. Recognized as a leading manufacturer and provider of domestic KA high-frequency thyristors, surface heat treatment (hot working) induction heating power supplies, and complete equipment, Tsinghua Sapu is one of the first high-tech enterprises re-certified by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission in 2008 and a wholly-owned enterprise of Tsinghua University.

  • 2名兼職博士生導(dǎo)師、1名碩士生導(dǎo)師。

• Military and Industry Standards:
  • 1 component production line implements the national military standard;
  • 2 localization projects for military components;
  • 5 Electronic Development Fund project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology;
  • 9 scientific and technological achievements have won provincial or ministerial-level awards;
  • Led or participated in the formulation and revision of 4 industry standards;
  • Obtained 12 national patents.
• R&D Capabilities:
  • Nearly 20 members in the R&D team, including 1 postdoctoral researcher, 4 master's graduates, 2 researchers, 1 associate researcher, and 4 senior engineers;
  • 2 members of the Power Electronics Society of the Electrotechnical Society;
  • 2 part-time doctoral supervisors and 1 master's supervisor.

• 功率半導(dǎo)體器件：150A/150V功率MOSFET；
• 感應(yīng)加熱電源：150kW/250kHz高頻感應(yīng)加熱電源；
• 成套設(shè)備：混凝土管樁及高鐵軌枕用預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼棒生產(chǎn)線。

• Complete Equipment: Production lines for prestressed steel bars used in concrete pipe piles and high-speed railway sleepers.
